Last update, July 24, 2010, "News-Making Progress" page.
February, 2009
This site has been brought up in an effort to begin the process of seeing smoking bans repealed. We're making progress.
Advocates of smoking bans are being met with determined and increased opposition. Smokers and non-smokers alike have begun to realize
this is an issue of individual rights & sovereignty & ownership. Business owners are increasingly not obeying no-smoke ordinances.
We are all in need of camaraderie in these trying times. Citizens of countries are becoming more polarized in their beliefs. They're drawing
metaphorical lines and refusing to move off them. Smoking bans do nothing but further divide peoples and manifest a disrespect for the rule of law. That's bad for all of us.
And, believe it or not, that's OK with the no-smoke zealots. They've lost perspective. They're out of control.
They're the new nazi's. And like the nazi's in 1930's and 1940's Germany, the no-smoke slobs demand you buy into their drama and their lies and give up your liberties. Whether you want to or not.
And if you don't? They demand you be fined, or put out of business, or eventually jailed - or even be put out of your home - until you submit.
In America. For oooooooooh, smooooooking! That's how far and obscene the no-smoke thugs have taken the issue.
Don't like smoke?
Then don't patronize businesses where smoking is allowed. Simple deal. We'll gladly respect your request(s) to not smoke in your businesses if you prefer. Your businesses, your money invested into them, your livelihoods, your rules. No problem.
Live and let live. In peace. In freedom. Allow others to do the same. Easy solution, right?
Not for the no-smoke zealots. Because none of what they're doing involves honesty, liberty, logic, or reason. It's all about drama and lies to see their authoritarian agenda enacted. And they couldn't care less if you agree with them or not. They demand you give up your freedom and submit to tyranny and obey. Or be punished. In America.
Smoking bans and clean air acts have nothing to do with protecting individuals and the collective health of a populace.
They never did. Like drug addicts who inject drugs into their veins to feel a false sense of drama and enlightenment, the no-smoke thugs are addicted to the false sense of drama injected into their lives via fighting for their "Cause," be the cause morally right or wrong.
They're so separated from common sense, they're so disenchanted with the concept of freedom and living and letting live, that they can't leave people alone. With the zealots, it's all about themselves - freedom and civil liberties, be damned - and seeing entire citizenries submitting to them and authoritarian rule.
Sound familiar?
Like all storm troopers (cowards) who so desperately need to feel a sense of importance in their lives, the no-smoke slobs have found others like themselves. They pretend to not be ashamed nor embarrassed by their actions. They shield themselves from their shame via marching in lock step with their other nazi pals. That's what cowards and thugs do.
Why? Because they're cry babies. They've low self-esteem. They lack in self-respect. Hence, they've an unhealthy need to not only to be paid attention to, they also have an unhealthy need for people to obey(!) them. Unfortunately for freedom-loving peoples, the zealots are now grown-up cry babies who have weaseled themselves into government and found ways to enact un-American, anti-freedom ordinances.

See Our "Hall of Shame-Zealots" page:
See a small sampling of some of the new authoritarian thugs here in the USA on our 'Hall of Shame-Zealots' page. A good example is Tom Miller, Iowa's Attorney General. He shut down a Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post because people inside who served in our military and volunteered for potential death in defense of our freedoms were, oh, perhaps dealing drugs, or running an illegal gambling operation?
Nope. For oooooooooh, horrors! Smoooooooooking.
A VFW post. Absolutely disgusting. Miller - the top law enforcement officer of the state of Iowa - manifests a disrespect for the rule of law. That's bad for all of us.

They fought and gave all for freedom. Not tyranny.
Those brave souls in the picture above? They gave all so that their loved ones might live free. So that we might live free. So that they too might have lived free had they been lucky enough to return home alive from the Delaware River on Christmas Day, and Gettysburg, and the battlefields of Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Pacific, et al.
Tom Miller and his thugs have metaphorically spit on their graves. Over the top? Not at all. Miller demands tyranny and authoritarian rule be enforced upon the citizens of Iowa. In America. Freedom and liberty, be damned.
Smoking bans. They don't sound like what should be occurring in any free country or society, do they?
Sadly, it's where we find ourselves today.
Remember this while you go peruse this website: It is not the intent of the no-smoke zealots to speak with honesty, nor to exhibit a sense of fair play, nor to speak with truth or to form their thoughts in a logical manner. It never has been. They purposely put forth deceit with their
assertions. That's what zealots do. They lie.
There is good news to be seen. The no-smoke gangs are now seeing citizenries turning against them, and the zealots are becoming more
desperate and pathetic in their assertions and their demands.
Item: Jennifer Stalley, a representative with the leftists at the American Cancer Society (imagine that) in South Dakota, went as far to say in November of 2009 that smoking is a "national emergency." We're serious. Hard to believe, isn't it? Not really, considering the source. Google Jennifer Stalley South Dakota Smoking Emergency. She's a zealot who not only wants control of her own life, she wants control over your's also. She's anti-freedom. She demands submission to tyranny. Because it makes her feel good. We find Jennifer Stalley to be an un-American, anti-freedom slob. We find her actions disgusting. She couldn't care less of those who gave all for freedom.
Item: Maureen Busalacchi, and her minions at Smoke Free Wisconsin, aren't satisfied that they've metaphorically spit in the face of
freedom-loving peoples and that smoking in bars and restaurants was outlawed in Wisconsin on July 5, 2010 <-- 1 day after Americans
have celebrated freedom for over 230 years. She now wants smoking outlawed on the porches outside of the bars and restaurants. We're serious. Google Maureen Busalacchi Smoke-Free Wisconsin. She is a zealot slob who demands your submission. Freedom and civil liberties, be damned. The woman is out of control. She's lost perspective. We find Maureen Busalacchi to be an un-American, anti-freedom slob. We find her actions disgusting. She couldn't care less of those who gave all for freedom.
Item: Dr. Brent Sherard. An indoctrination organization and website, www.WeDrawTheLine.com , with the help of the Wyoming Department of Health, is stating on its website that "2/3's of your neighbors support a ban on smoking." They are also saying "bartenders are 50% more likely to get cancer because of secondhand smoke." Their statements are lies. And it's not surprising because that's what zealots do. They lie. The Wyoming Department of Health, currently headed up by Sherard (January, 2010), is using taxpayer money to try and convince taxpayers that 2/3's of Americans support tyranny. That's what they're doing. Fascism. In America. We find Brent Sherard to be an un-American, anti-freedom slob. We find his actions disgusting. He couldn't care less about those who gave all for freedom.
Heil, Hitler!
Adolph Hitler was fervently against smoking. See a piece by Jeremy Richards, dated August, 2008. It details the fallacy and idiocy of no-smoke
laws. It calls out the holier-than-thou crowd and the "We know what's better for you than you do, therefore you will obey us" thugs who have implemented smoking bans now and in the past.

Experience and Enthusiasm Accepted.
We seek alignment with like-minded individuals and organizations in the United States and worldwide. We would like to hear from individuals and groups with experience in repealing ordinances, and their dealings with city, county, and state governmental bodies. Articulate letters to newspaper editors, copies of columnists' columns, political cartoons, etc. are always welcome.
