Here's a RINO coward who has bought into and put forth the dishonest, un-American tactics of the no-smoke zealots. He doesn't seem to give a flip about personal liberty, self-governance, individual ownership, or freedom.

Per an article on www.blackhillsportal.com , the coward signed a bill on April 2nd, 2009 to outlaw smoking in restaurants, bars, and casino's in South Dakota.

Guess when the bill in South Dakota was scheduled to take effect? July 1st, 3 days before the day we in America, for over 230 years, have celebrated our nation's birth and independence from tyranny. He, and the American Cancer Society, TheTruth.com, and the other no-smoke fascists don't want you to celebrate freedom on July 4th. They want you to OBEY(!!).

In South Dakota. The home of Mount Rushmore. Absolutely disgusting.

Mike Rounds actions show he couldn't give a flip about those who gave all. His actions disdain freedom. Said Rounds, in the article, “We all recognize the health hazards of smoke and secondhand smoke. After serious deliberation, the Legislature decided to create a smoke-free environment in restaurants and lounges."

Wrong, nazi-breath. We don't acknowledge your lies and propaganda. There was no 'serious deliberation.' It was a done deal from the beginning. You gauged the political winds and took a position to stay in office and avoid bad press. and you're not honest enough to admit it.

Mike Rounds and his zealot pals are attempting to legislate away South Dakotans' freedom. Rounds has no place in American politics. He's un-American. He's one of the new American nazi's. We know it, we suspect he knows it, and now the whole world knows it.

Nutjob alert: Per an article in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, dated October 9, 2009, this woman filed suit against the Wynn, in Las Vegas, because she claims gamblers who smoke have harmed her health. And she wants 5 million dollars. Imagine that. Couldn't be just on principal, right?

In the article, the 4 year employee of Wynn says she decided to sue her employer to protect her health and that of her fellow employees and non-smoking customers. Isn't that just so upstanding of her to take it upon herself to "protect" others, even if they didn't ask for - nor want - her help? She is quoted, as saying, "I thought it was way overdue. I was concerned about my health and that of my co-workers. Customers come up to me all the time and ask for non-smoking."

What the slob doesn't say is the Wynn has areas for people who don't like smoke. Nor did she say that any of her claims can be proven with honest science. Maybe because they can't be?

And let's not forget that no one forced Kastroll to work at Wynn. She wanted to work in a casino, and by God, the people who risked their money to open the Wynn had better obey her!

What's going on here, is she appears to be caught up in dogma, and drama, not fact, nor honesty, nor fair play, nor individual rights. She appears to think that people owe her. Kastroll's actions suggest she cares nothing of freedom or those who gave all. She appears an individual who is too lazy to find another job and who has no respect for individual rights and ownership.

It appears she would rather get attention and feel important. Even if it means your rights being legislated away. Yep, that seems fine by her. She is one of the new American nazi's.

Ol' Brent's picture suggests he's a nice, caring kind of guy, doesn't it?

Too harsh? Read on: He's the head of the Wyoming Department of Health (January, 2010). He and his no-smoke thugs - at the expense of Wyoming taxpayer's money and the money they receive from tobacco company settlements - are engaged in a media blitz in Wyoming. They can't do it themselves, right? But why not? Because that's what zealot slobs like Sherard and his nazi pals do. They are so arrogant that they believe you should pay for their propoganda.

Their intent is to try and con a populace into believing that people who smoke are killing other people. In other worsds, they're turning citizens against citizens with purposeful deceit to see their un-American agenda becoming law. Because they're zealots. And zealots lie.

The bottom line states, "Bartenders are 50% more likely to die from cancer thanks to second hand smoke."
The statement is absurd. It's a lie. No (honest) science will ever prove out their statement.

And who in the USA ever demanded that someone bartend, per chance? No one, of course. Not ever. And who in the USA ever demanded someone patronize or work at a bar or restaurant where smoking is allowed? No one, of course. Not ever.

But that's OK by Brent Sherard and his anti-freedom pals. Because it isn't freedom, nor honesty, nor logic that is important above all with them. It's all about their almighty "CAUSE." They're out of control. They've lost perspective. They're the new American nazi's.

The Wyoming Department of Health is also saying, via their nazi pals at www.WeDrawTheLine.com , that, "2/3's of your neighbors support a ban on smoking." More lies. Sherard and his minions are using taxpayer's money to try and convince taxpayers that 2/3's of Americans support tyranny.

Wyoming is a purposeful attempt at deceit to soften peoples stances against fascism. Here's a real piece of work gone sour, disrespectful of freedom and those who gave all. Perdue, another coward, and a Democrat (imagine that), whole-heartedly approved of the smoking ban put into effect in North Carolina which took effect January, 2010. The bill passed in the North Carolina state House by a 62-56 vote that approved changes adopted in the North Carolina state Senate.

In published reports, Perdue said, "By banning smoking in our restaurants and bars, we will greatly reduce the dangers of secondhand smoke and lower health care costs for families."

She lies. She nor honest science will ever prove her assertions. And we suspect she's aware of that. But that doesn't seem to bother her. Because she's a zealot. And that's what zealots do. They lie. The almighty "Cause" is all that's important with with them. Freedom, personal sovereignty, and individual ownership be damned.

They gave all for freedom. Not tyranny.

But Bev Perdue doesn't seem to care about any of that. Digusting, isn't it? She's one of the new American nazi's. Un-American slob Cornell has lobbied for a statewide smoking ban in Kansas. Per published articles, she's a volunteer for the now leftist American Cancer Society. That doesn't surprise us.

Here's the first hint that the woman may be a lunatic: Even in light of the fact that communities in Kansas have come to compromises with no-smoke thugs, she wants - has demanded - that Kansas enact a statewide smoking ban. Because she doesn't like smoke. Because she's found a way to inject drama into her life. Because she has a need for people to OBEY(!) her.

She stated in an article (see Roderick Bremby below) that her aunt and father died from lung cancer in their 30's. Condolences. That's sad.

But no one needs Cornell - nor wants her - to watch over a populace that wishes she'd just go away. They can live their lives, and she her's. But, of course, Cornell and her zealot thugs don't understand that concept. Like all of the new nazi slobs here in the USA, it's all about her and the almighty "CAUSE," and demanding populaces submit to her and her cowardly thugs.

Example: If Cornell never in her lifetime went to a bar or restaurant or business that allowed smoking, it's still not OK by her for people to smoke in businesses she'd not ever go to. Because she doesn't want them to. Because she thinks she's real smart, and she thinkgs you're too stupid to realize it. Hence, liberties are being legislated away because SHE thinks they should be. Holliman, a Democrat (imagine that) was also the main sponser of the un-American, no-smoke law recently (January, 2010) enacted in North Carolina. As per an article on www.newsobserver.com, he received an award from the leftists at the American Cancer Society Action Network for his work in helping to pass an un-American ban on smoking in bars and restaraunts in North Carolina.

Said Ashley G. Bell, an un-American fascist, and the North Carolina Government Relations Director for the American Cancer Society (imagine that), "Holliman's leadership was the key factor in securing a smoke-free law in North Carolina." Bell the slob, also said, "He made this lifesaving legislation a personal priority and ensured its passage and ultimate signing by the governor." <--that governor would be the zealot Bev Perdue shown above on this page.

Lifesaving? They can't prove it. Of course, not. Because they're zealots who don't deal with fact, nor fair play, nor honesty, nor logic in their assertions. And it has never been their intent to. They gave Holliman a phony award to make him feel good about tyranny. They said, in effect, "Comrad! Welcome to the cause! We know you're a dumb ass, but you don't, and we're going to use you for all we can!"

Holliman and the leftists at the American Cancer Society are happy that lies are being represented as fact. They appear overcome with joy that a bit more of freedom and liberty have been legislated away in North Carolina.

Warner is one of the self-proclaimed intelligentsia who wants your liberties legislated away. Whether you want them taken away or not. In his mind, he's smart, and you and freedom are stupid. And like all zealots, he lies. Because that's what zealots do. They lie.

Let's start with honesty, and fact: NO ONE, NOT EVER, FORCED ANYONE TO WORK IN OR GO TO A CASINO, A BAR, OR A RESTAURANT WHERE SMOKING WAS ALLOWED.

Now, let's cite the lies: Per an interview via the University of Michigan News Service, and conducted by Vandana Banerjee, Warner helped push through a smoking ban in Michigan. The ban exempts casino floors, cigar shops, and oh(!) even the cabs of trucks? Cabs of trucks?

Per the interview, Warner said in reference to the un-American, fascist, no-smoke bill and its exemptions, "That’s unfortunate, in particular, because casino workers are exposed to enormous amounts of secondhand smoke, and their health definitely is jeopardized by this bill, but it will protect many tens of thousands of Michiganders and it will cause us to see some lives saved as a result."

Right. And the moon is green and made of cheese.

We're taken aback. Warner finds it unfortunate that liberties, still legal in Michigan, have not been legislated out of existence. He demands an unequal distribution of liberty at his discretion. He wants you to OBEY! Because he thinks he's real smart, and he thinks you and freedom are real stupid. He's an arrogant slob. Don't doubt it for a second: Warner couldn't give a flip about your freedom and liberty.

Further on in the published interview, Banerjee states, speaking of the bill to outlaw freedom in Michigan, "you proved that it's actually beneficial for restaurant owners."

Proved? So, instead of challenging the slob Warner on his not-true assertions, she concurs with him. Real, hard reporting. Yeah, right.

Warner states, in his reply, "If you look at the revenues for restaurants and bars, they remain as they were before such a ban, or in some instance they actually increase. So there is no question that economically this will be a benefit to the restaurateurs." <--Translation: War is good. Peace is bad. Wrong is right. Right is wrong.

Warner lies. He was speaking of fraudulent and slanted reports put forth by zealots like himself that were intended to prove an pre-determined outcome. But that's what zealots do. They lie.

Warner, the slob, continues, "I would point out that if you want the right to have people smoke in your establishment, then you are saying you should have the right to expose your workers and your customers to 5,000 chemicals that occur when you burn tobacco, and that you should have the right to expose them to arsenic, hydrogen cyanide. I could go down a laundry list of chemicals that may be causes of cancer in humans and other diseases."

5,000? Again, lies. And how many chemicals, MR. WARNER, are you and people in Michigan exposed to when you and they walk or jog? How many chemicals does Warner expose other people and the atmosphere to by, oh, driving, per chance? Or riding a bus. Or exhaling. Or flying on an airplane. Or using electricity powered by coal. Or using gasoline. Or buying clothing that was made by putting CO2 into the atmosphere. Kennth Warner won't say, of course. Because he's a zealot. And we state again: Zealots lie. That's what they do.

It's all about them.

What's even more disturbing about the man, is he works at an institution where free thinking, fair play, logical thought - and freedom - should be encouraged. Unfortunately, people like Warner on American university campuses are demanding students buy into drama, dogma, and lies versus honesty.

Around 2009, no-smoke slobs in nursing departments in American universities got together and conspired to put forth lies to the American public. It is their collective assertion that businesses haven't lost income because of smoking bans. Their assertion is an absurdity and a bold-faced lie, of course, but that makes no difference to zealots like Hahn.

Don't doubt it for a second, Hahn and her pals want your liberties legislated away. She demands all of Kentucky submit to her. Or be fined or be put out of business. Per an article @ www.timestribune.com , dated April 2009, Hahn issued a call for a statewide smoking ban in Kentucky. Even in light of the fact that communities have already come to compromises on smoking ordinances with fascists like Hahn.

As if economic times aren't bad enough already, she wants the citizens of Kentucky to spend millions of $'s enacting and enforcing a statewide ban. She's quoted in the article, as saying, “I think it would be really wonderful if the state would pass it. However, let me just say — it has got to be totally comprehensive, meaning that all work places would be covered. It has to have anti-pre-emptive language, meaning that local governments could do more if they wanted to.”

"Comprehensive." That's nazi code-speak for OBEY. She wants smoking outlawed completely. We say again: It is not the intent, and never was the intent, of the no-smoke slobs to be honest. The only thing that matters to them is the almighty "Cause." Lies are OK. Not having the character or the courage to admit to going too far is OK by them. Un-American thugs like Hahn appear to care nothing of personal liberties or those who fought and gave all so that people might live free.

Hahn, like drug addicts, just can't get enough of the self-imposed drama. She doesn't know when to stop. Like Hitler, Mao, Stalin, and other authoritarian slobs, the irrational need for drama and obedience is all that matters to zealots. Nothing else. And if our freedom and liberty is a casualty? That doesn't appear to bother slobs like Hahn. Not a bit.

But she doesn't seem to care. Crownover co-authored HB5 in the Texas Legislature to restrict smoking in the state of Texas. That's right. In Texas.

It doesn't seem to matter to Crownover that her assertions can not be proven. Anything is fair play for zealots, because they're dishonest. They want the drama. Per his webiste, he is serving his 7th four year term as Iowa's attorney general. In the last sentence of his biography page on his website, he says, "I consider it my duty and my privilege to be the people's lawyer. I am deeply grateful for being able to serve as Attorney General of Iowa."

Well, let's take a couple minutes and examine some of what ol' Tom, the "people's lawyer," is doing to serve the citizens of Iowa. Per an online article on www.desmoinesregister.com a state order was issued to shut down the Ottumwa, Iowa, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

In America. For smoking.

Miller, the un-American slob, has metaphorically spit on the grave of every soul who gave all in defending freedom so that their loved ones might live free, that we might live free, and themselves too had they been lucky enough to return home alive from battle.

But his actions don't suggest he could care about any of that. In the article, Miller pledged his support for enforcing the smoking ban. Said the zealot, “Liquor license holders are obligated to obey all Iowa laws as a condition of their privilege to hold a license. We are determined to enforce this new law — because it is the law and because it saves lives."

Lies. People of Miller's ilk aren't concerned with having to prove their assertions. Remember: It is never the intent of a zealots to try and prove outlandish statements. Drug addicts keep injecting drugs into their veins to keep the false sense of drama going even though it's destroying them. Zealots and thugs like Miller need the drama even though it destroys their credibility. And even though it destroys the fabric of our country(ies) and respect for the rule of law is torn apart.

That's bad for all of us.

But that seems OK by Miller. He will not allow those who volunteered for potential death in defense of our freedoms to smoke in a VFW, or any bar in Iowa. And if they should? Miller will send out his nazi minions (health department employees) to fine you, and/or jail you, and/or shut down your business if you don't submit.

As stated on our 'Good Govt-Bad Govt.' page, when citizens begin to flagrantly disobey laws, the fabric of our country(ies) begins to fall apart. And Miller knows that. Societies work because citizens have faith that laws will be enacted and enforced with a tenor of morality, common sense, and fair play. When that changes, we're all in trouble.

A people's lawyer? Good God, let's hope not. We think he believes that being the "people's lawyer" is thrusting tyranny upon Iowa's citizens. Iowans would be well-served to call out Miller and throw him out of office.

The Belmont, California, city council passed an ordinance that law outlaws smoking in your own apartment. That's not a typo. And if you're caught smoking in your home? Fines start out at $100.00. And you can be evicted. For smoking. In your apartment.

Said, Chen, in a New York Times article dated January 29, 2009, "I think Belmont broke through this invisible barrier in the sense that it addressed drifting smoke in housing as a public health issue."

Invisible barriers? Would they be kind of like 'invisible science' that you think is true, that you feel is true, so it must be true, because you feel so strongly about it? But which honest science disproves?

Chen, the Belmont City Council, and the California Lung Association, have crossed a line from being there to help for the asking, to enacting un-American law and demanding you obey them.

Bremby, is quoted in the same article as the zealot Barnett above, as saying, "surveys indicate 94 percent of Kansas believe secondhand smoke is unhealthy."

He also said in the article that the experience of cities in Kansas that adopted smoking prohibitions indicates the bans don’t undermine the vitality of bars, restaurants and other businesses.

As stated above with Hahn and Warner, Klein works at an institution where free thinking, fair play, and logical thought- and freedom - should be encouraged. Unfortunately, people like Klein on American university campuses are demanding students buy into drama, dogma, fascism, and lies versus honesty.

And like the lunatics Hahn and Warner above, Klein states (dishonestly) that smoking bans don't harm incomes of businesses, and businesses haven't released employees because of smoking bans having been enacted. She authored a piece of dishonest research, titled, "Study: Smoking Bans Do Not Cause Job Losses in Bars and Restaurants." Hence, her logic and thinking suggests: Smoking bans should be further enforced, more bans should be enacted, and those who disobey should be fined and/or jailed, and/or put out of business until they submit.

Lies. Nor did she bother to define "significant," because she didn't want to. Zealots play with words to change word's meanings. And who is she to demand any business owner lose one dollar or thousands of dollars because of her demands?

She continues on with, "...by type of clean indoor air policy, which should give us more support for maintaining the most beneficial public health policies. The public health benefit clearly comes from a comprehensive policy where all employees are protected from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke.”

More lies. Everyone knows that businesses have lost significant income - and many have been forced to close - because of smoking bans having been enacted. And there's that word again: "comprehensive." No-smoke fascist code-speak for "you must OBEY! We're smart, you and freedom and liberty are real stupid."

Fact: No one is forced to work anywhere. No public health benefit has been proven from a "comprehensive policy where all employees are protected from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke."

Klein continues, "Limited-service restaurants were not included (in the study) because of the low likelihood that they would be licensed for alcohol sales."

The low likelihood? You mean inconvenient things like the truth that would disprove your assertions?

Klein further states, "We wanted to look at businesses most likely to be affected by this type of policy based on the smoking and drinking correlation that has been established in previous studies."

What Klein won't say is those previous studies aka 'propaganda' are also slanted and purposely dishonest. They were put forth by dishonest individuals whose supposed 'research' was always to attempt to prove a pre-determined outcome. The zealot continues, "Opponents to clean indoor air policies tend to say that having a partial policy, with bars exempted, will be less painful economically for the community. They say people who work in these businesses that are dependent on alcohol sales would experience a catastrophic effect."

Yes, opponents of smoking bans a/k/a individuals who love freedom do say that. And, unlike Klein, they are being truthful. Businesses have lost significant income when freedom was outlawed. Businesses have been forced to close when freedom, individual ownership and personal sovereignty were outlawed with the full support of fascists like Klein.

Then the slob is caught in her lies by her own words. She says, "We certainly did not detect anything close to the dramatic claims that opponents make based on the concerns that they have for bars. We were not studying individual businesses. We’re studying the effect of a policy implemented at a community level." Klein, the article states, noted that the study did not use revenue data, another strong economic indicator, because statewide reports of revenues in Minnesota were not readily available. And she said employment trends in the hospitality industry closely match revenues because hospitality businesses operate in a volatile market.

So after her asserting that businesses do not lose revenue, or release employees, or have been forced to close after smoking bans have been enacted, she says she didn't make the effort to study individual bars, or clubs, or restaurants where smoking is/or was previously allowed? This self-proclaimed genius of research didn't research her own research?

Of course not! That wasn't her intent. She's a zealot. And that's what zealots do. They lie.

Regretfully, comments and garbage put to the public as truth, like Klein's assertions, aren't surprising anymore. Klein and her nazi minions hold a deep disdain for honesty and freedom. Nor do Klein and the other fascists at the American Cancer Society, the American Lung Association, TheTruth.com et al seem concerned that peoples in nations are becoming more divided.
