Rather than living and letting live in a peaceful way, the individuals listed on this page demand an unequal distribution of freedom and liberty. Not for the good of all, but according to their beliefs. They demand you submit to them and authoritarian rule or be punished.

Your plain-spoken, easy-to-understand version of freedom doesn't matter to them. They think they're real smart, and they think you and freedom are real stupid.

Should the people shown below change their tunes and admit that they've been wrong via supporting tyranny and no-smoke laws, then we'll take down their names and their pictures. No problem. Everybody makes mistakes.

The purpose of this site is not to create drama and stay mad like zealots do. It's about seeing freedom and liberty restored and then getting on and living in a peaceful manner. This website is not about getting even or seeking out revenge. It's about not backing down from out-of-control individuals who demand more freedoms and liberties be outlawed in the United States.

Even in the face of new smoking bans being enacted, there is good news to be seen. The no-smoke slobs are seeing citizenries turning against them, and the zealots are becoming more absurd and desperate in their assertions (See "Jennifer Stalley" on our home page). Citizens and business owners are ignoring smoking bans and standing up to the no-smoke zealots. They're saying, "Go away. Leave us alone. We're not going to obey you."

Fred Risser is one of the worst of the worst in American politics. Risser's actions show him to be an anti-freedom slob who is more caught up in dogma and drama than he is concerned with protecting civil liberties. He helped shove through a smoking ban in Wisconsin. Guess when the ban took effect. On July 5, 2010. One day after we in the United States, for over 230 years, have celebrated freedom.

We find him disgusting. Don't doubt it for a second: Fred Risser is an anti-freedom slob who is disrespectful of those who gave all in defense of our freedoms and liberties. Risser sat tight and indulged those annoying, freedom-loving citizens of Wisconsin on July 4th, as long as they'd be oppressed July 5th forward.

And if the citizens of Wisconsin are audacious enough to light up a ciggie or a cigar in a bar or a restaurant post July 5th, 2010? They'll be fined or put out of business, or eventually jailed, until they submit to Risser's enforced tyranny.

Those brave men and women in America's history gave all so their loved ones might live free. Risser doesn't care. Not at all. He and his no-smoke thugs have metaphorically spit on their graves. Over the top? Not at all. In an online article in the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal, posted May 6, 2009, Risser is quoted as saying, "As soon as this bill takes effect, it will start saving lives of our citizens and saving money for our taxpayers."

He's a liar. Because he's a zealot. And that's what zealots do. They lie. He can't prove his assertion because - ding, ding, ding - it's a lie. Don't doubt it for a second: Risser and his nazi pals are divisive. They spit in the face of freedom and liberty. They manifest a disrespect for the rule of law, and they couldn't care less. That's bad for all of us.

Risser has every right to his opinions. We all do. His oppressive ideals have no place being enacted in free societies. The citizens of Wisconsin would do well to vote zealots like Risser out of office. He's out of control. He's lost perspective. He's un-American. He's one of the new American fascists.

Nutjob alert: Per an article in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, dated October 9, 2009, the dealer at Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, filed suit against the Wynn because she claims gamblers who smoke have harmed her health. Oh, and she demanded 5 million dollars. Imagine that. Couldn't have been just on principal, right? Of course not.

And let's not forget that no one forced Kastroll to work at Wynn. She wanted to work in a casino, and by God, the people who risked their money to open the Wynn and Encore and gave her employment had better obey her!

She can't seem to grasp the arrogance and the audacity of her actions.

In the article, the 4 year employee of Wynn says she decided to sue her employer to protect her health and that of her fellow employees and non-smoking customers. So upstanding of her, isn't it, to take it upon herself to "protect" others, even if they didn't ask for - nor want - her help? She is quoted, as saying, "I thought it was way overdue. I was concerned about my health and that of my co-workers. Customers come up to me all the time and ask for non-smoking."

What the woman doesn't say is the Wynn has areas for people who don't like smoke. Nor did she say that none of her claims can be proven with honest science, nor will they ever be. Nope. Because it's not about honesty, or logic, or science with folks of Kastroll's ilk. It's all about injecting drama into her life, and feeling important, and demanding others feel her drama too. Freedom and liberty, be damned.

Here's a piece of humanity gone sour, disrespectful of freedom and liberty and those who gave all. She demands citizens of North Carolina submit to tyranny or be punished.

Perdue, a Democrat (imagine that), whole-heartedly approved of the smoking ban put into effect in North Carolina, in January, 2010. The bill passed in the North Carolina state House by a 62-56 vote that approved changes adopted in the North Carolina state Senate.

In published reports, Perdue said, "By banning smoking in our restaurants and bars, we will greatly reduce the dangers of secondhand smoke and lower health care costs for families."

She's a liar. She nor honest science will not ever prove out her assertions. We suspect she's fully aware of that, but it doesn't seem to bother her. Because she's a zealot. And that's what zealots do. They lie. Freedom, personal sovereignty, individual ownership, and liberty be damned.

They fought in defense of freedom and liberty. Not tyranny.

Per an article on www.blackhillsportal.com , Rounds signed a bill on April 2nd, 2009 to outlaw smoking in restaurants, bars, and casino's in South Dakota.

Guess when the bill in South Dakota was scheduled to take effect. July 1st, 3 days before the day we in America, for over 233 years, have celebrated our nation's birth and independence from tyranny. He, and the zealots at the American Cancer Society, TheTruth.com, and the other no-smoke slobs don't want you to celebrate freedom on July 4th. They want you to submit to authoritarian rule. Said Rounds, in the article, “We all recognize the health hazards of smoke and secondhand smoke. After serious deliberation, the Legislature decided to create a smoke-free environment in restaurants and lounges."

Wrong, nazi-breath. We don't acknowledge your lies and propaganda. There was no 'serious deliberation.' It was a done deal from the beginning. You gauged the political winds, and you took a position to stay in office and to avoid bad press. You didn't have the spine to stand for freedom.

Rounds and his pals support a bit more of freedom and liberty being outlawed in South Dakota. Rounds has no place in American politics. He's actions are anti-freedom and un-American. We know it, we suspect he knows it, and now the whole world knows it.

Like a drug addict injecting drugs into her veins to feel a false sense of drama and enlightenment, Maureen Busalacchi finds excitement in demanding authoritarian rule be enforced on entire citizenries. Busalacchi seems to believe that if she puts garbage to the public long enough that her actions will change from being tyrannical into being honest and in defense of freedom. In other words, good is bad, bad is good, truth is a lie, lies are truth.

Get this: Per published reports the slob doesn't want people to be allowed to smoke on outside patios at bars and restaurants.

Is she serious? No smoking outside? Of course, she is. She's a lunatic. According to her it all has something to do with "leveling the playing field," which is nazi code-speak for "YOU WILL OBEY!" And like all of the no-smoke slobs, she's not honest enough to say such.

So, outlawing freedom and liberty and imposing tyranny are considered a gift in Michigan now? Yes, in his warped thinking. His comments make us ill. We suggest he's lacking in self respect and he has an unhealthy need not only to be paid attention to but also to be obeyed. Even at the cost of outlawing freedom and liberty.

And then we come to the RINO Ron Jelinek, a coward. He also helped shove through tyranny in Michigan. On his website, the zealot says, "This will be a great early Christmas gift to the residents of Michigan who have been asking for smoke-free air for a long time." Christmas? He calls enacting authoritarian rule in America on Christmas a good thing? He's an out-of-control lunatic. He demands you be punished if you smoke in a bar, or a restaurant or any other business. In America.

The no-smoke zealots have set their sights on Wyoming, one of the last vestiges of true freedom left in the United States. As the no-smoke zealots have done in other states, the media blitz in Wyoming is a purposeful attempt at deceit to soften peoples stances against tyranny. Slowly and determinedly, they put forth lies until they think a populace's collective mindset has turned to metaphorical mush. And then they come on full-throttle and go to city, county, and state governmental bodies and demand your liberties be legislated away.

Wyoming and Nevada are two of the last trouble points in the USA for the no-smoke slobs. They're having a hard time convincing the citizens of Wyoming and Nevada - with the citizens tax money - that the citizens are stupid, that freedom and liberty are bad, and that authoritarian rule being enforce upon citizenries is good.

Here's the first hint the woman may be a lunatic: Even in light of the fact that communities in Kansas had previously come to compromises with no-smoke thugs, she demanded the Kansas legislature enact a statewide smoking ban. Because she doesn't like smoke. Because she found a way to inject drama into her life. Because she has a pathological need for people to OBEY her.

She stated in an article (see Roderick Bremby below) that her aunt and father died from lung cancer in their 30's. Condolences. That's sad.

But no one needs - or wants- Cornell to watch over a populace that wishes she'd just go away. They can live their lives, and she her's. But Cornell doesn't understand that concept. Like all of the zealot slobs here in the USA, it's all about her and the almighty "CAUSE." It about demanding entire populaces submit to her and her cowardly, dishonest, pathetic thugs.

Example: If Cornell never in her lifetime went to a bar or restaurant or business that allowed smoking, it's still not OK by her for people to smoke in businesses she'd not ever go to. Because she doesn't want them to. Because she thinks she's real smart, and she thinks you're too stupid to realize it. Hence, a bit more of freedom and liberty were legislated away in Kansas because pathetic human beings like Gay Cornell thought they should be.

The Belmont, California, city council passed an ordinance that law outlaws smoking in your own apartment. That's not a typo. And if you're caught smoking in your home? Fines start out at $100.00. And if you don't obey? You'll be evicted. For smoking. In your apartment.

It's true. Google Serena Chen. She and her no-smoke, pathetic pals at the California Lung Association supported the law. Chen stated in a New York Times article dated January 29, 2009, "I think Belmont broke through this invisible barrier in the sense that it addressed drifting smoke in housing as a public health issue."

Invisible barriers? Would they be kind of like 'invisible science' that you think is true, that you feel is true, so it must be true, because you feel so strongly about it? But which honest science disproves?

She said, in published reports, "Holliman's leadership was the key factor in securing a smoke-free law in North Carolina. Lifesaving? She can't prove it. Because it's a lie, and that's what zealots do. They lie. They gave Holliman a phony award to make him feel good about enforcing authoritarian rule upon the citizens of North Carolina. Ashley Bell said, in effect, "Comrade! Welcome to the cause. We know you're a dumbass, but you don't, and we're going to use you for all we can."

They gave all for freedom. Not tyranny.

Those brave souls in America's history who gave all so that their loved ones might live free? That we might live free? That they too might have lived free had they been lucky enough to return home alive from battle in defense of freedom and liberty?

Hugh Holliman and the slobs at the American Cancer Society have metaphorically spit upon the graves of those who gave all. Over the top? Not at all. Per his website (November 2009), he is serving his 7th four year term as Iowa's attorney general. In the last sentence of his biography page on his website, he says, "I consider it my duty and my privilege to be the people's lawyer. I am deeply grateful for being able to serve as Attorney General of Iowa."

Let's take a couple minutes and examine some of what ol' Tom, the "people's lawyer," is doing to serve the citizens of Iowa. Per an online article on www.desmoinesregister.com a state order was issued to shut down the Ottumwa, Iowa, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

Maybe because the people inside who had volunteered for potential death in defense of freedom and liberty were dealing drugs, or operating an illegal gambling operation?

Nope. For smoooooooooking. In America.

In the article, Miller pledged his support for enforcing the smoking ban. Said the zealot slob, “Liquor license holders are obligated to obey all Iowa laws as a condition of their privilege to hold a license. We are determined to enforce this new law — because it is the law and because it saves lives."

Saves lives? He liar. Because he's a zealot, and that's what zealots do. They lie.

Remember: It is never the intent of zealots like Miller to prove outlandish statements. Drug addicts keep injecting drugs into their veins to keep the false sense of drama going even though it's destroying them. People of Miller's ilk need to keep the drama going even though it destroys their credibility and community coheseiveness.

Miller - the top law enforcement officer of the state of Iowa - manifests a disrespect for the rule of law. That's bad for all of us. Per an interview via the University of Michigan News Service, and conducted by Vandana Banerjee, Warner helped push through a smoking ban in Michigan.The ban exempts casino floors, cigar shops, and oh, even the cabs of trucks. Cabs of trucks?

Warner said, about exemptions to the no-smoke bill, "That’s unfortunate, in particular, because casino workers are exposed to enormous amounts of secondhand smoke, and their health definitely is jeopardized by this bill, but it will protect many tens of thousands of Michiganders and it will cause us to see some lives saved as a result."

Lives saved? He's a liar. Further on in the published interview, Banerjee stated, speaking of the bill to outlaw freedom in Michigan, "you proved that it's actually beneficial for restaurant owners."

Proved? So instead of challenging the slob Warner on his not-true assertions, she concurs with him. Real tough, not-slanted reporting, eh?

Warner stated, in his reply, "If you look at the revenues for restaurants and bars, they remain as they were before such a ban, or in some instance they actually increase. So there is no question that economically this will be a benefit to the restauranteurs."

He lies again. Because that's what zealots do to see freedom outlawed and tyranny being enforced. They lie. Warner was speaking of fraudulent and slanted reports put forth by zealots like himself that were intended to prove a pre-determined outcome.

The un-American slob continued with, "I would point out that if you want the right to have people smoke in your establishment, then you are saying you should have the right to expose your workers and your customers to 5,000 chemicals that occur when you burn tobacco, and that you should have the right to expose them to arsenic, hydrogen cyanide. I could go down a laundry list of chemicals that may be causes of cancer in humans and other diseases."

5,000? Lies. And how many chemicals, MR. WARNER, do you expose the people in Michigan to when you drive, per chance? Or ride a bus? Or fly on an airplane? Or use electricity powered by coal? Or use gasoline? Or buy clothing that was made by putting CO2 into the atmosphere? Or buy food that was produced and packaged with electricity powered by coal?

Kenneth Warner won't say, of course, because he demands an unequal distribution of freedom and liberty according to his beliefs. You don't matter to zealots like Warner.

Even more disturbing about Miller is that he works at an institution where free thinking, logical thought, and good science should be encouraged. Unfortunately, zealots like Warner on American university campuses are demanding students buy into drama, dogma, and lies. In other words: Freedom is bad, tyranny is good. Lies are truth, truth is lies. Wrong is right, right is wrong.

Around 2009, no-smoke slobs in nursing departments in American universities got together and conspired to put forth lies to the American public. It is their collective assertion that businesses haven't lost income because of smoking bans. Even in light of the fact that communities have already come to compromises on smoking ordinances with fascists like Hahn.

As if economic times aren't bad enough already, she wants the citizens of Kentucky to spend millions of $'s enacting and enforcing a statewide ban. She's quoted in the article, as saying, “I think it would be really wonderful if the state would pass it. However, let me just say — it has got to be totally comprehensive, meaning that all work places would be covered. It has to have preemptive language, meaning that local governments could do more if they wanted to.”

"Comprehensive." That's fascist, no-smoke code-speak for, "YOU WILL SUBMIT TO TYRANNY OR BE PUNISHED. IN AMERICA."

Hahn, like drug addicts, just can't get enough of the self-imposed drama. She doesn't know when to stop. Like Hitler, Mao, Stalin, and other tyrannical slobs, the irrational need for drama and obedience is all that matters. Nothing else. And if our freedom and liberty is a casualty? Doesn't appear to bother slobs like Hahn.

Like the lunatics Hahn and Warner above, Klein states (dishonestly) that smoking bans don't harm incomes of businesses, and businesses haven't released employees because of smoking bans having been enacted. She authored a piece of dishonest research, titled, "Study: Smoking Bans Do Not Cause Job Losses in Bars and Restaurants." Hence, her logic and thinking suggests: Smoking bans should be further enforced, more bans should be enacted, and those who disobey should be fined and/or jailed, and/or put out of business until they submit.

Klein states: “In the end we can say there isn’t a significant economic effect..." Lies. Nor did she bother to define "significant," because she didn't want to. Zealots play with words to change meanings or words. And who is she to demand any business owner lose one dollar or thousands of dollars because of her demands?

She continues on with, "...by type of clean indoor air policy, which should give us more support for maintaining the most beneficial public health policies. The public health benefit clearly comes from a comprehensive policy where all employees are protected from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke.”

More lies. Everyone knows that businesses have lost significant income - and many have been forced to close - because of smoking bans having been enacted. And there's that word again: "comprehensive." No-smoke thug code-speak for "you will OBEY! We're smart, you and freedom and liberty are real stupid." Fact: No public health benefit has been proven from a "comprehensive policy where all employees are protected from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke."

Klein continues, "Limited-service restaurants were not included (in the study) because of the low likelihood that they would be licensed for alcohol sales." The low likelihood? We think she means inconvenient things like the truth that would disprove her assertions.

Klein further states, "We wanted to look at businesses most likely to be affected by this type of policy based on the smoking and drinking correlation that has been established in previous studies."

What Klein won't say is those previous studies aka 'propaganda' are also slanted and purposely dishonest. They were put forth by dishonest individuals whose supposed 'research' was always to attempt to prove a pre-determined outcome. The zealot continues, "Opponents to clean indoor air policies tend to say that having a partial policy, with bars exempted, will be less painful economically for the community. They say people who work in these businesses that are dependent on alcohol sales would experience a catastrophic effect."

Yes, opponents of smoking bans a/k/a individuals who love freedom, do say that. And, unlike Klein, they are being truthful. Businesses have lost significant income when freedom was outlawed. Businesses have been forced to close when freedom, individual ownership, and personal sovereignty were outlawed with the full support of fascists like Klein.

Then the woman is caught in her lies by her own words. She says, "We certainly did not detect anything close to the dramatic claims that opponents make based on the concerns that they have for bars. We were not studying individual businesses. We’re studying the effect of a policy implemented at a community level." Klein, the article states, noted that the study did not use revenue data, another strong economic indicator, because statewide reports of revenues in Minnesota were not readily available. And she said employment trends in the hospitality industry closely match revenues because hospitality businesses operate in a volatile market.

WHAT?
So after her asserting that businesses do not lose revenue, or release employees, or have been forced to close after smoking bans have been enacted, she says she didn't make the effort to study individual bars, or clubs, or restaurants where smoking is/or was previously allowed? This self-proclaimed genius of research didn't research her own research?

Regretfully, comments and garbage put to the public as truth, like Klein's assertions, aren't surprising anymore. Klein and her nazi minions hold a deep disdain for honesty and freedom. Nor do Klein and the other no-smoke thugs at the American Cancer Society, the American Lung Association, TheTruth.com et al seem concerned that they're divisive, and that they're bad for all of us.
